I can make a customized schedule for you based on your preference. Questions to consider:
How many times per day do you want yoga included? • Do you want movement-based yoga, or meditation, or both? • Do you like a more active week filled with day trips, site-seeing, or tastings? Or would you like a week with more time to relax, stay on-site, and enjoy spa treatments? Or a balance of both? • Do you want to unwind, relax, and not think too much? or would you like to reflect + set intentions?

For group reservations I begin with a consultation of your wants/needs and then create a customized package. A deposit is required to finalize the retreat hold, and can facilitate all program sign-ups, payments, guest management and communication.
