Service Description
Deposit of $500 for a queen bed, shared room, $899 total. Balance to be paid by March 15, 2025. Your room will have either 2 queen beds or it will be a room with a queen bed + a set of bunk beds. Each room is a shared space. If booking with a friend, add the friends name to the notes at checkout and we will add you to the same room, if that option is available. You can always email me at dragonflyretreatsgb@gmail.com to check availability if you have a preference of space. Amount due includes $35 registration fee. Cancellation Policy
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $500 + $35 registration fee is due to reserve your spot. The $35 registration fee is not applied to total retreat cost and is non-refundable/transferrable. Payment dates can be found on each retreat page in the FAQ section. Payments must be made by the due date shown on your invoice. There is a 7-day grace period. After 7 days the card you used to book your retreat will be charged to pay the amount due on your invoice. This includes credit card and payment processor fees. Payments made ahead of the due date or received by the due date can be paid by cash, check or Zelle. Flexible payment options may be available and could include one or more of the following options: making smaller, more frequent payments, to meet balance due by dates. Connect with Donna to talk options. Credit card payments. A 3.9% + .30 transaction fee applies; AMEX fee is 4.7% + .30 transaction fees. All payments are final.
