We do our best to pair like personalities. Best to book with a friend. Add your friends name in your registration. If the second spot is not filled, you will have the option to upgrade for a fee to a private room. If you opt out of the upgrade, you may forfeit your reservation. Cancellation Policy
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $500 + $35 registration fee is due to reserve your spot. The $35 registration fee is not applied to total retreat cost and is non-refundable/transferrable. Payment dates can be found on each retreat page in the FAQ section. Payments must be made by the due date shown on your invoice. There is a 7-day grace period. After 7 days the card you used to book your retreat will be charged to pay the amount due on your invoice. This includes credit card and payment processor fees. Payments made ahead of the due date or received by the due date can be paid by cash, check or Zelle. Flexible payment options may be available and could include one or more of the following options: making smaller, more frequent payments, to meet balance due by dates.
