Service Description
Shared Casita $3299/ per person. This is a shared casita (small house). This spacious casita consists of two bedrooms with queen beds, one bathroom, kitchenette, living area, air conditioning, WIFI and unwind by lounging on your large outdoor patio as you hear the sounds of waterfalls in the distance. Two people per casita unless otherwise arranged and booking as a group. Email Donna at dragonflyretreatsgb@gmail.com for triple occupancy options. If triple occupancy is arranged by you with your friends, two friends will be sharing a queen bed. Just like a sleepover! A $500 deposit + a $35 registration fee reserves your spot. If you are booking after August 15, 2024, 50% of your balance is due within 7 days of booking. You will receive an invoice for the amount due. Review our Terms & Conditions link at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $500 + $35 registration fee is due to reserve your spot. The $35 registration fee is not applied to total retreat cost and is non-refundable/transferrable. Payment dates can be found on each retreat page in the FAQ section. Payments must be made by the due date shown on your invoice. There is a 7-day grace period. After 7 days the card you used to book your retreat will be charged to pay the amount due on your invoice. This includes credit card and payment processor fees. Payments made ahead of the due date or received by the due date can be paid by cash, check or Zelle. Flexible payment options may be available and could include one or more of the following options: making smaller, more frequent payments, to meet balance due by dates. Connect with Donna to talk options. Credit card payments. A 3.9% + .30 transaction fee applies; AMEX fee is 4.7% + .30 transaction fees. All payments are final.
