Service Description
Queen Bed (shared bed) Casita $2599/person. Total with $35 registration fee + credit card is $2713. To pay cash/check/Venmo to avoid cc fee, please email dragonflyretreatsgb@gmail.com. The Queen EcoCasita is a one-bedroom self-contained “Casita” (little house). This EcoCasita provides complete privacy, and is the only room outfitted with a Queen bed (we can add a single bed if necessary, but this makes it a little crowded). These Casita's have an unobstructed ocean view. Queen EcoCasitas have a private bathroom on the same level and feature sliding doors that that open for a 180° degree ocean view or close for complete privacy. A small table and chairs are also available. This is a shared space with a total of 2 people. See solo booking option below. *If you would like to be booked as solo traveler for an additional $900. Please submit a request to dragonflyretreatsgb@gmail.com for this option after booking. A seperate invoice for the up charge will be sent. Amount due includes $35 registration fee. Cancellation Policy
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $500 + $35 registration fee is due to reserve your spot. The $35 registration fee is not applied to total retreat cost and is non-refundable/transferrable. Payment dates can be found on each retreat page in the FAQ section. Payments must be made by the due date shown on your invoice. There is a 7-day grace period. After 7 days the card you used to book your retreat will be charged to pay the amount due on your invoice. This includes credit card and payment processor fees. Payments made ahead of the due date or received by the due date can be paid by cash, check or Zelle. Flexible payment options may be available and could include one or more of the following options: making smaller, more frequent payments, to meet balance due by dates. Connect with Donna to talk options. Credit card payments. A 3.9% + .30 transaction fee applies; AMEX fee is 4.7% + .30 transaction fees. All payments are final. No refunds available unless retreat is canceled. Read all Terms and Conditions before booking. Booking a spot confirms you have read and agree to terms and conditions.
